The Fire Within realizes that the endless challenges facing volunteer departments are rapidly changing.  These challenges often task department chiefs and officers with expectations and liabilities beyond their span of control.

The Fire Within is committed to providing the necessary tools and resources that volunteer department chiefs deserve but often remain out of reach.

We believe and have proven that the solutions to recruitment, retention, higher municipal budgets and donation dollars come from one source and one source only.

The most common mistake a volunteer department makes is assuming that because our cause is noble the public will care.  Like a business a modern day progressive fire department realizes the importance of messaging and branding the the community they serve.
