A $20,000.00 Thank you from Slave Lake
I wanted to update you on the Slave Lake story and what better way to tell a story then to let the Slave Lake Firefighters tell it!
As these firefighters begin to rebuild their lives the money raised will not only help financially but perhaps more importantly it shows their sacrifices did not go unnoticed which is a victory for all Volunteer Firefighters!
The impact Firefighters1st was able to make was because of all of 'YOU' who donated or purchased a shirt. It is 'YOU' who made the difference!!

Motorola Solutions Foundation has generously offered their support to the Slave Lake Volunteer firefighters and their families. The Foundation will match the first $5000 of donations received.
NOTE: A portion of the proceeds donated will be forwarded to the Canadian Fallen Firefighters Foundation to honor Jean-Luc Deba fallen pilot who gave his life in service of the community of Slave Lake.
$20,000.00 will be forwarded to department Chief Jamie Coutts - to be distributed to the affected firefighters and their families who lost their homes.
